If you would be watching Ohnoki's story than at this point Boruto would be like villain to you.
There's no doubt that he isn't be going to become the villain in the end.
Every Naruto characters are good except Danzo in NARUTO.

Dude that simply isnt true. In a story, there is a hero and a villain, not a hero depending on your preferences and a villain depending on your preferences. Ohnoki seems to be the villain as far as we know and thats that

You really have a simple mind. There is more to a villain then that. Do you think a Villain generally considers themselves the bad guy? A villain does their actions generally because they believe it to be right.

Even in the police force, we talk about what create morals. What is morally correct, what is good and what defines certain actions to be good. From my training in law enforcement, I can say they are right and you're simply looking at things in black and white.
